Two papers (English Compulsory and Indian Language) are qualifying in nature in which candidate should secure 75 marks {25%} out of 300 marks in each paper
And rest 7 papers are considered for merit basis (Essay, GS paper-1, GS paper-2, GS paper-3, GS paper-4, Optional paper-I and Optional paper-II, each paper is of 250 marks).
